Position Summary

Based in Casablanca, Morocco, we have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner. The role is part of Nestlé Morocco Management Committee and functionally reports to the MENA Sales HRBP, based in Dubai.

The purpose of this role is to be an HR co-pilot, responsible for the people agenda and recognized as the driving force behind creation and implementation of the Nestlé Morocco business people plan aligned with business strategies.

The HRBP serves as a coach to the Morocco General Business Manager and Leadership Team as well as being the HR Integrator for 150 employees and ensures compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

A day in the life of...

  • Understand the Business Strategy and translate insights & challenges into People plan and execute these plans to attract, develop and retain employees to drive business growth.
  • Drive the Performance and Talent Management cycle across businesses and countries ensuring the achievement of business goals through goal-setting and development plan setting, performance & talent calibration and sound succession planning.
  • Work with leaders to enhance current and future functional and leadership capability needs.
  • Challenge current organizational structure to further improve performance, whilst keeping in mind the people issues and shaping the culture of the company
  • Employee Engagement : Establish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation.
  • Partner closely with line managers and employees to coach them on a wide spectrum of matters such as their individual employee situations, legal issues, and employee relations issues in accordance with Nestlé Purpose and values and ensuring compliance to HR policies and practices
  • Lead and promote an inclusive culture to align with Nestlé D&I initiative through supporting & coaching Line managers in their implementation of core people processes.

  • Demonstrable experience in contributing to the creation & execution of people strategies
  • Excellent organization & planning skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws
  • Successfully leading, coaching and developing people in a high performing environment
  • Worked within a Matrix environment, with wide business acumen
  • 5-6 years of experience within HR, with 3 years experience as an HRBP
  • English, Arabic & French are a must
