Summer of responsabilities :
Reporting to the Front OfficeManager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are notlimited to the following :
Assist the Front OfficeManager in all areas of the department by ensuring compliance with servicestandards;
Support and facilitate theday-to-day tasks of Reception and Client Services;
Constantly offer aprofessional, welcoming and endearing service;
Ensure that the assignmentand schedule of the colleagues in the Reception are in accordance with theinstructions on productivity;
Communicate all relevantinformation related to work periods and areas of operation using logbooks,e-mails and department meetings;
Train supervisors andfulfill the role of trainer in the absence of the trainer;
Assist clients with hotelfacilities in an informative and useful way;
Comply with the department'spolicies, procedures and service standards;
Comply with all securitypolicies;
Other tasks, as assigned.
Passion for customerservice;
Excellent interpersonalskills (written and oral expression), leadership skills;
Excellent organization,commitment to results, flexibility and ability to work effectively underpressure;
A degree in hotelmanagement is an asset;
Proficiency in theEnglish language;
Prior experience of atleast one year in a supervisory position;
Ability to handle manytasks and customer requests;
Knowledge ofMicros-Fidelio PMS (asset management system) is an asset;
Possess the first aidcertificate or seek to obtain it;
Proven skills in theareas of customer service and training;
Ability to workindependently and prioritize responsibilities;
The prior experience of aloyalty program is an asset;
Mastery of the Windowsenvironment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
