The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for implementing globally / regionally defined initiatives, initiate local action based on global guidelines and policies and provide feedback to Centers of Expertises and Regional Business Partners.
The holder of this position will ensure proximity to regional business and labor market and that Line Managers live up to their leadership role (i.
e. performance mgmt., talent mgmt., workforce planning,...). The Human Resources Business Partner will also ensure compliance to Labor Law.
