PRO Morocco is hiring Claims executives that will liaise between our company and the potential customers in the UK and Scotland

Reponsibilities :

Manage a large ammounts of outbound calls

Provide exceptional customer service / Sales

Organization and time management

Requirements :

Motivated candidate that is driven to suceed

Fluent english

Strong communication skills among the active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Ability of multi-tasking, switching tasks and adapting to a changing environment

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details is spot on

Good work attitude

Respectful with all contributos and the company’s rules
