You will be working as a Sales Specialist and will be the part of Electrification Business Area for Global Markets based in Casablanca, Morocco.

In this role you will be reporting to Local Business Manager and will be responsible for selling products / systems / services within a designated market in accordance with strategy.

Building long-term relationships with customers and providing resolution to customers.

Your responsibilities

  • Selling products / systems / services to the customers by focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for the assigned Business Units / Product Groups.
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand the customer needs, promote customers understanding of full product / systems / services offering.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

  • Prepare sales plans using company tools. Perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
  • Create added value for the customer and ABB by using effective sales techniques. Communicate details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy.
  • Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition added to customers.
  • Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
  • Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support collection and project management activities when needed.
  • Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department. Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
  • Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience is required in sales for LV / MV products, EPC's and utilities.
  • Strong technical background is a must.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English, French and Arabic Language.
