Job Description

Our Market Access team monitor population demographics and develop solutions to give patients access to our medicines. We act as both educators and advocates for our products, processes, and practices that help us revolutionize how our medicines create value in society.

As Our company’s Oncology Market Access Manager for Morocco your key purpose is to contribute to build and to execute market access strategies for our company’s oncology portfolio resulting in funding and patient access and work in close collaboration with colleagues in a cross-functional team accountable for progress on patient access.

While develop and implement access innovative solution in order to proactively build sustainable motivated actions.

Main Responsibility

  • Implement high quality country specific market access plan, incl. value proposition, formulary inclusion, public procurement, health economics and pricing.
  • Secure optimal reimbursement timelines for our company’s current and future oncology portfolio.
  • Anticipate the future trends in the market, developing an innovative response in order to proactively build sustainable motivated actions.
  • Ensure internal pricing strategy alignment and approval.
  • partner with all relevant our company functions and ensure integration of Morocco specific oncology access and pricing strategy to company strategy, i.
  • e. (adapt global strategy to Moroccan tailored action plan and execute it locally).

    Desired Exposer And Experience

  • Market access expert with a proven track record of ensuring formulary inclusion, funding and patient access to existing and new hospital medicines in Morocco.
  • Detailed comprehension of the Moroccan health care system and regulation.
  • Able to design and implement a comprehensive market access strategy and plan how our company meaningfully interact with access and policy stakeholders to implement the plan.
  • Expertise with Moroccan health care is a must
  • Subject matter expertise in Oncology market access is a clear advantage.
  • Analytica land a strategic thinker who can connect the dots to a clear path forward.
  • Possess the ability to work across professions and more than one project at a time.
  • Accountable and self-dependent.
  • Balance well between providing support and challenge and have high credibility as subject matter expert.
  • Master cross-functional work and proactively ensure progress in your work area.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity; exceptional organizational, reparation, and analytical skills and a strong work ethic

  • Education

  • University degree Business Discipline / Life Sciences / Medicine / Pharmacy / Public Health / Health Economics
  • Advance Degree in the above and / or MBA Level former work experience from payer bodies or health insurance sector dealing with funding and prioritization in the health care sector is a plus.
