The Assembler specialist main function is to execute a quality, and on time resassembly on any project after the reassembly instruction or job pack is given the ready signal (Urgent or not).
Coordination with the DCIQ team and front office teams in the Service and Repair Units is of the essence.
The Assembler specialist reports to the Worshop supervisor.
Hands on duty on the Reasembly-Final Inspection process, of any pump (Repair or Upgrade) in Local QRC assuming the objectives and policies related to Quality, On time Delivery.
Meet all KPIs reflected on this Profile. Comply with daily usage of the required operating systems (SCP / AMP, KABA), manufacturing and quality processes.
Assist in complicated or unusual assembly and test operation under the supervision of lead or experience assembler.Verify parts per bill of material and drawings.
Assemble parts in proper sequence, as specified in the drawings or method specifications. Reassemble pump products with repaired or replaced components and make other repairs, as necessary, under the direct supervisor of the workshop supervisor Excellent attitude & leadership qualities to teach others & make independent decisions.
Provide support for change, motivating colleagues challenging stablished work processes collaboratively in order to continuously improve methods and skills.
