Description : Poste :
Attached to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for :
Manage the fraud prevention team.
Respond to Requests for Proposals and contractual negotiations for security language, collaborating with Legal, Sales, Technology and Solutions.
Provide the technical security response for internal, external client & auditors.
To be the face of global security in corporate change management reviews for customer-requested changes.
Able to present effectively and professionally in front of clients on a regular basis and negotiate with client's security and risk organizations to achieve mutually agreed upon security controls.
Use you communication abilities to provide internal and client facing articles with regards to best practices or new frontiers in security.
Ensure the design of client solutions.
Master the contractual security language.
Approve changes requested by customers that may affect the security of the Sitel Group.
Improve the process of supporting customer security.
Profil recherché :
With a higher education and you have At least 5 years in technology, cybersecurity or risk governance roles interfacing with global clients on complex technology solutions or security consulting.
This could be in technical account management or sales engineering.
Knowledge / Abilities :
Best practices in security
Common Security Frameworks (ISO 27000 Series, NIST SP 800 Series, COBIT, etc.)
Privacy Frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PIPEDA, other)
Payment Card Industry requirements (PCI DSS)
Other industry and country security requirements as required to support clients
Effectively use Microsoft Office products, including Visio, in the communication delivery
Special Certifications (not required but preferred) :
CISSP and / or CISM and / or CISA
Travel Required : Up to 30% travel.
