To complement our growth plans, we’re hiring a Sales Manager to be based in Casablanca, Morocco.
Reporting to the Country Manager, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic sales professional, somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter and understands how to partner and collaborate with the business.
We need someone who has the ability to influence, result-driven with strong commercial skills.
What will you do?
Lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customersProactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customersDrive and achieve sales growth by creating a value proposition, managing opportunities and customer satisfactionLead negotiations with stakeholders and business partners to pursue business opportunities Validate that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality and safetyTimely and accurate reporting on the sales targets and funnelMotivate and coach sales teams & set long and short terms objectives for their growth
Are you the one?
University degree holder 10+ years of sales experience in similar industry within a multinational organization Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent and organized self-starter Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus Fluency in Arabic, French and English communication is a mustExcellent presentation and negotiation skills
