Provide full spectrum of office service for the offices1 Build and lead a team of service and operation staff, including Operation officer ,Receptionists, Office Assistants, etc.

2 Deliver quality services and provide proactive support to management and internal clients .3 Prepare and monitor budget for office service and expenses from senior management.

  • 4 Develop, review and streamline service policies, guidelines and regulations following the policies of HQ.5 Completes special projects (such as new office decoration) by organizing and coordinating information and requirements;
  • planning, arranging, and meeting schedules.6 Conduct and organize company events with other department.7 Handle urgent projects as required.

    Qualifications1 Degree holder and above in Business Service or related discipline.2 3 years' relevant all-round admin experience.

    3 Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.4 Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
