Key Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Manager manages teams of Inside Sales Account Managers for Mid-Market France and is responsible for developing a portfolio of 150 customers per Inside Sales Representative, who are selling Dell EMC solutions, including personal computers, infrastructures, storage, electronics and accessories, mobility products, services and packaged software.

This leader should represent, communicate and execute on specific sales strategies, especially driving amongst his team the four key Dell EMC transformations : digital transformation, IT transformation, workforce transformation, and security transformation.

You will be joining a dynamic team within a fast-growing segment. This role offers great opportunities of learning, development and personal achievements.

Accountable for the day-to-day sales activities to reach Mid-Market targets : revenue, margin, growth across the Dell EMC portfolio of solutions

Collaborate across the various go-to markets strategies to better serve the customers : Direct, Channel, distribution and Online

Define the right Sales strategies and action plans to grow customers through acquisition

Manage a group of professional level team members including Inside Sales Representatives and other business partners

Define roles and responsibilities to deliver performance to the level of Dell EMC quality standards

Establish and influence operating policies sales, marketing and finance policies

Set project timeframes and priorities based on project objectives and ongoing assignments

Essential Requirements

10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

4 years of leadership experience

Able to communicate strategic direction of Dells product / service offerings and how they relate to the assigned segment

Process analysis and problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills in French & English

Ability to build effective teams and deal with ambiguity
