We are hiring for our client operating in automotive industry an Operations Manager.

Your main mission is to manage all plant operations related to the various value streams in order to achieve the assigned objectives in terms of quality, volume and cost, while complying with standards and customer requirements and contributing to the development and implementation of policies and strategies related to Manufacturing functions.

Poste

The position of Operations Manager Serial is called to perform the following tasks :

  • Manage and lead the operations related to each Value Stream in order to meet the objectives in terms of product quality, volume and cost.
  • Drive the improvement of production efficiency, cost reduction, customer satisfaction, Health & Safety compliance, building maintenance.
  • Control and manage performance indicators and ensure internal audits to support the activities undertaken to better achieve the objectives.
  • Manage all operations in order to respond to customer requirements and requests while guaranteeing product quality.
  • Participate actively in the management of labor, quality, health and safety policies and standards.
  • Develop and actively promote the action plan to guarantee Excellence.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with all company functions and external partners for the resolution of all issues that may hinder the achievement of the objectives related to the various Stream values or company’s mission and objectives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of product quality.
  • Ensure all operations for cost reduction and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and training of subordinates and various employees.
  • Accompanying subordinates to follow Environment, Health and Safety policies.
  • Accompany, coordinate and monitor the development team for new projects.
  • Coordinate the various SOPs for new projects and ensure their follow-up.
  • Ensure the adherence of the teams to the predefined standards.
  • Participate actively in the planning and preparation of the annual budget.
  • Participate in risk assessment and implementation of appropriate actions.
  • Ensure the follow-up of Head Count for all direct and indirect categories.
  • Improve the level of respect for equipment and the organization of posts and working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, hygiene and environmental standards.
  • Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience of 5 or more in a similar position preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the company
  • Excellent decision making, problem solving and time management skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
