The Brand & Customer Manager is responsible for the following activities related to the portfolio (of brands) he / she manages :
Analyzing, planning and implementing promoted product marketing plans and strategies.
Achieving the set sales budgets / targets and Market shares in line with the division guidelines.
Monitoring product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
Monitoring and controlling brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assessing the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results
The incumbent needs to be able to meet deadlines, work autonomously, analyze, plan when implementing strategies.
The ability to collaborate and communicate with all internal and cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead and deliver efficient and effective marketing programs that encourage increased use and growth of brands.
Create content digital and non-digital for customers
Conduct market analysis to identify new development opportunities within therapeutic areas
Effectively work with field-based staff to provide a high level of responsiveness and support
Ensure a detailed understanding of market dynamics as well as patient, prescriber and payer attitudes
Making sure sales team understand the strategic imperatives and support them with necessary trainings, tools and material customer focus
Forecasting & tracking of product sales & Expenses
Tracking progress and adjusting activities accordingly
Identifying market insights and opportunity via customer interactions

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Applicants would have a minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in same position within pharmaceutical market with a clear and demonstrated track-record of success and with good understanding of business fundamentals and essentials of value creation.
