Summer of responsabilities :
Reporting to the In RoomDining Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but arenot limited to the following :
Identify and anticipatecustomer needs and provide personalized service;
Provide catering services asneeded;
Help clients to carry outtheir projects or facilitate the visits they wish to undertake during theirstay;
Respond to all customerinquiries and follow up;
Understand and know theservices, technology, equipment, uses and systems provided in the suites;
Assist clients with hotelfacilities in an informative and useful way;
Comply with the department'spolicies, procedures and service standards;
Comply with all securitypolicies;
Other tasks, as assigned.
Previous customer serviceexperience required;
Exceptional customer serviceskills and high oral communication skills;
Knowledge of MicrosoftWindows applications an asset;
Excellent interpersonalskills and problem-solving skills;
Particularly responsible andreliable;
Ability to work effectivelyunder pressure in a fast paced environment;
The ability to work in a team;
Ability to focus on customerneeds, staying calm and courteous at all times.
