CRIT recruits for his client, a quotation and tender specialist (support sales)
The Q&T Specialist supports sales of a subset of company’s Healthcare portfolio as the clinical / technical expert for their assigned products / solutions.
Contribute to account plans in conjunction with Region Sales Manager
Facilitate overview of quote / project
Preview total package price. Liaise w / Pricing.
Consolidate Brochures & DataSheet
Build professional comprehensive Customer Facing document
Ensures that the preparation of tender checklists and quantities are accurate
Ensures that the calculations and cost information contained in all tenders are accurate
Communicate and track market trends to / from the field including competitor data, and support implementation of effective counter-strategies.
In conjunction with Region Sales Manager perform the needs qualification and vendor selection, configuration, and quote parts of the sales process and support the Account Manager as needed during negotiation and closure of product opportunities in order to meet orders, sales, and margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction in assigned territory.
Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of their product / services. Be able to present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits and terms which are relevant to customers.
Share and follow-up identified leads to other product lines within own accounts
Profil recherché : Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (technical or clinical) and minimum 3 years of experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.
g. biomedical engineering, medical physics) or Life Sciences field
Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry
Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach
Strong team player
Strong presentation skills with ability to synthesize and explain complex issues
