Fixed Term Contract - 4 months

The main purpose of this position is to execute the recruitment and preselection process for given recruitment assignments starting with screening to extending the final job offer as per set requirements and budget.

Key responsibilities :

  • Handle full recruitment cycle and onboarding
  • Post all open recruitment on different recruitment support (job portals, Universities, etc. ).
  • Source (head hunting or candidate application) and select relevant candidates from job board and Internal application.
  • Conduct phone screening and provide a short list of candidates along with screening information.
  • Schedule interviews between Hiring Managers and candidates, providing interviewer with confirmed date & time, making any changes when necessary to recruitment calendar.
  • Send rejection email to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Build a talent pipeline including profiles in Finance, BD, IT, HR, Operations from competitors or similar industries.
  • Initiate onboarding with candidates when offer is accepted and collect documentations.
  • Coordinate with the Admin Team and the candidate offered for any pending documentation and provide update to the hiring manager on visa status.
  • Maintain a professional communication with candidate offered during on boarding process.
  • Coordinate with Hiring Manager on the Induction Plan and send communication to the managers meeting the new employee.
  • Create a New Employee - Announcement .
  • Coordinate with Administration team to ensure smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Update on a weekly basis the Recruitment Tracker.
  • Performs adhoc projects, tasks and activities as requested
  • Run referral reward programs
  • Job requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to both agency recruitment and in-house recruitment
  • Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection
  • Experience with Behavioral Based Interviewing techniques.
  • Verbal and written communication skills to communicate with all levels of seniority
  • Experience in working effectively in teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadline driven
  • A commitment to providing customer service

  • Confident in calling candidate with different seniority
  • Bilingual French & English
