Hotel Overview :

The hotel features opulent guest rooms and suites overlooking our 18-hole GolfCourse and the Altlas Mountains. Indulge in one of our six eclectic restaurantsand bars offering local and international cuisine, a 2,000 sqm swimming pool, a3,500 sqm Spa in collaboration with Clarins which offers the ultimate escapeand relaxation.

The Kids Club promises our little ones a world of discoveries,and a Sports Centre to ensure you remain fit while on the road.

Summer of responsabilities :

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential jobfunctions include but are not limited to thefollowing :

  • Constantlyoffer a professional, friendly and pleasant service;
  • Givecourteous, prompt and empathic service to all guests;
  • Processall calls, external and internal, by redirecting them or helping guests;
  • Responsiblefor customer requests and follow-up in accordance with hotel and servicestandards;
  • Communicateany relevant issues to the department head;
  • Havesufficient practical knowledge of all departments, including housekeeping,reception and technical services;
  • Updatethe software system;
  • Takeorders for room service and forward them to the room without delay;
  • Eliminatenon-essential middlemen for any guest requests;
  • Followup, within the prescribed time, for any delivery made to the rooms and for anyproblem emitted by a guest;
  • Knowperfectly all the emergency procedures of the hotel;
  • Complywith the department's policies, procedures and service standards;
  • All other tasks asassigned.
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous operatorexperience, hospitality or hospitality an asset;
  • Excellent knowledgeof English, French and Arabic are mandatory;
  • Excellent customerservice skills and oral communication skills required;
  • Ability to useMicrosoft Windows (Outlook) and PMS applications;
  • Interpersonalskills and problem solving.
  • Responsible andreliable;
  • Ability to workeffectively under pressure in a fast paced environment;
  • Organization, teamspirit, initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility and empathy;
  • Ability to focus oncustomer needs, staying calm and courteous at all times;
  • Have a highavailability to work day, evening, night and weekend;
  • Have a warm voiceon the phone;
  • Any other relatedqualifications.
