Within MEGA CMI Marketing Team, you will contribute to create value through managing and delivering continuous & adhoc researches which significantly help Bel make the optimum marketing and business decisions.
You will work alongside with CMI Group Manager Greater Africa to :
Contributes to strategic thinking with the Marketing brand teams & the local marketing teams
Identifies & refines research needs according to specific marketing / business issue. Executes research studies, optimizing tools, methodology & budget
Challenges / supports marketing teams in the interpretation results & ensures recommended actions are in line
Participates actively to BEL CMI community & increase impact and influence of the Department within the factory and with countries
With, a minimum of 7 years of experience, you have solid market research competencies (experience in Agencies or Clientside preferred) and experience of retail audit reporting & brand health tracking.
You must have the necessary business / marketing knowhow & credibility to deal with global brand teams, local Marketing Teams and Sales functions.
You have a strong interest in marketing, including consumer insights, concept development and brand development tools. You are able to synthesize and communicate complex consumer, marketing and business information.
You understand competitor and Bel brands' key DNA, priorities, issues, country specificities and can highlight knowledge gaps.
You like working in team, especially in a multicultural environment and with remote contact with your counterparts in other countries.
You are autonomous, with strong influence skills, and use to think out of the box and challenge dogmas and preconceived truths.
You are able to combine a robust drive spirit, ability to overcome obstacles, simplification, accountability, and enthusiasm.
You are bilingual English and French (Arabic is a big plus)
