This opportunity is under a fixed-term contract for 1 year.

Key Responsibilities :

Responsible for providing Human Resources (HR) Services support across multiple HR functions to a particular site or geographic area.

Responsibilities include :

  • Team member consultation on benefits administration / programs,
  • Maintaining team member files and records
  • Providing operational support on Onboarding / off-boarding / transfers and assisting with other HR COE shared services work.
  • Assists with the administration of vendor programs and manages vendors’ service level performance.
  • Project manages site and cross-functional HR operations related initiatives.
  • Essential Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in both English and French
  • Typically requires 2+ years of related experience
  • Strong customer service skills (includes the ability to handle difficult customer issues in a professional manner, respond to customer needs in a timely manner and identify customer needs)
  • Strong ability to demonstrate initiative and good judgment in resolving issues affecting customer
  • Strong knowledge of a broad spectrum of HR policies and practices
