JOB TITLE : IT / Automation Projects Engineer



LOCATION : Morocco Casablanca Office


  • Travel across MEA
  • Valid driver’s license

    The incumbent will be expected to :

  • Deliver on multiple quality projects within quality, HSSE standards, scope, on time and within budget.
  • Assist and support the projects team department to meet the set KPIs
  • Responsible for facilitation of all stakeholder involvement, communication and engagement at all levels and milestones within a project

  • Overall management of automation and payment projects
  • Conduct projects meetings with sub-contractors and all other relevant stakeholders
  • Assist with accurate scoping of projects, projects planning and costing of projects
  • Weekly status reporting on projects up date to all stakeholders
  • Ensure project delivery milestones are met on time and within the expected quality
  • Coordination of various departments personnel for purposes of the projects to ensure collaboration
  • Responsible of projects signoff
  • Management of projects master schedules and action item lists
  • Operating Visual Project Management techniques in daily practice
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Maintain relationships with third parties / vendors
  • Report and escalate to project snags to management as needed
  • Deliver Technical Trainings to the installation teams and Customer end users
  • Responsible for the field installation and first level support of the installation teams
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance from the installers and customers during the project lifecycle
  • Properly escalate on time unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Track, route and redirect technical problems to correct teams and resources.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance for the installed sites before commissioning

    Education / Achievements : Degree in IT, Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation.

    Preferred :

  • Prince 2 or CAPM
  • Experience / Knowledge

  • 3+ years’ experience in projects management
  • 3+ years of experience in Software / Hardware
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills written & verbal in Arabic, English and French
  • Specific Skills

  • Microsoft Package
  • Project documentation (PMBOK or Prince1)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle several projects & actions simultaneously
  • Preferred :

  • PM fundamentals and principles
