Job Description
We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient Country Sales Manager Automotive Aftermarkets to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow :
PURPOSE :
The job incumbent is the main contact person for the customer in the assigned countries (e.g. : Algeria, Senegal, Cape Verde, Gambia).
He / She represents the interest of Automotive Aftermarkets internally and externally
He / She presents Bosch product portfolio to new and existing customers and negotiates the terms of sales.
He / She manages Business Development Manager’s, Sales rep, Promoters.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Manage Automotive Aftermarket business in all segments based on Strategy defined;
Implement Go-to-market strategy;
Take aggressive plans and actions to meet the company sales and margin target;
Implement sales planning (forecast accuracy, Customer Backlog, );
Identify sales opportunities for target customers, assist customer to develop new sales channels (fast fit, Tires specialist, petrol stations, e-commerce, Hypermarkets, );
Coordinate activities with support functions (marketing, logistic, after-sales, );
Explore the local market demand and find the new potential distributor / sales channels;
Drive execution of Marketing plan in the assigned markets;
Support Bosch service network’s strategy management (Bosch Car & Diesel Service);
Steer the development of new concepts in the assigned markets;
Promote actively Bosch extra loyalty program towards Wholesale Distributors;
Lead and coach local team in daily basis. Lead local sales team to be highly motivated and winning spirit one (once set up a Legal Entity in Algeria);
Drive market intelligence development;
Coordinate product and technical training for customer;
Implementation of Customer Acquisition Projects;
Closely track the Account Receivables of customers;
Manage the territory cost effectively (once we set up a Legal Entity in Algeria);
Qualifications
Master Degree in Business, Marketing and / or Engineering;
5 years experience in different fields in Automotive Aftermarket;
Leadership role in Automotive Aftermarkets;
Sales and Marketing Strategy;
Go-to-market strategy;
Customer relationship management;
Project management;
MS Office program skills;
