Working with a team, your tasks will be :
Day to day operation of the client facing support desk and incident resolution process
Management / ticket allocation of queries relating to issues / queries about the systems, processes or 3rd party suppliers
Co-ordination of the companie responses to client queries in line with pre-agreed SLAs.
Fulfilment of internal request, queries and standard system parameter changes
Daily operation of system and services review
bac+3 / 4 in computer sciences
Strong analytical skills
good people / communication skills
good english (written and spoken)
experience (including internships) in the same field is a plus.
