This position is within the Services Operations team for the Salesforce Services organization which is the Consulting arm of Salesforce.

com. The Associate Sales Support Analyst is responsible for supporting several key functions that support the EMEA Services Account Partners’ Sales Process, namely : Opportunity Management, Systems and Process support, Opportunity Compliance, Opportunity Approval.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination of administrative operational cadence

Supports local and global management reporting as required

Document business processes and identify ways to improve same

Subject matter expert on internal sales process tool

Manages on-boarding of new contractors

Management of contractor relationships

Pro-actively monitor EMEA SOWs Opportunity to make sure opportunities are always compliant

Support APs with tasks related to Oppty (e.g raise resource requests, opportunities updates)

Ensure Opportunity compliance (e.g. date, stages, margin matching SPW)

Submit Opportunity to QA Team and work with QA Team to resolve any issues

Be the first line of support for Account Partners

Direct the Account Partners to the right path / resource

Manage and own the bookings process : follow up on ROM reviews, request and escalate approvals as necessary (POE, ROM, Sales Ops, etc)

Co-ordinate approvals for highly complex deals

Be always up-to-date with latest compliance process and able to train / explain APs

Required skills / experience

This role is an entry level role which requires 2+ years in related environment and experience

Excellent people skills with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Strong knowledge of spreadsheet, and word processing programs, which includes Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word application expertise

Experience with financial modelling and quantitative analysis experience.

Knowledge of Excel pivot tables or macros and advanced formulae a plus

Ability to clearly follow processes and procedures, and make decisions

Extremely strong analytical skills with the ability to detect patterns and analyze disparate data

Experience with a consulting firm and / or vendor management desired

Experience with a major CRM and / or PSE tool is a plus

Must have excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks with extremely high accuracy

Experience of working closely with finance teams

Understanding of contract execution lifecycle a plus

Understanding of project management and software implementation lifecycle a plus

Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skills

Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment

Executive presence and high degree of professional maturity a must

High technology field operations experience preferred
