Field Service Supply Chain Analyst This position is responsible for coordination the interactions with GSC in the country by : Providing Field Services operational inputs to supply chain design & operations Ensuring process alignment and improvement between Field Services Operations team and Supply Chain teams Responsibilities : Single point of contact for Field Services Logistics Offer management Participate to Field Service Logistics offer preparation (business inputs) Support deployment / communication across the Field Services organization Contribution to Spare Parts Stocking Plan : Provide installed base data Communicate to Supply Chain new product introduction plans & service termination plans (end of life) and associated impact on parts requirements Maintain lead-times requirements (deducted from Operations response time ambition by geography and by type of contract) Validate the stocking plan (i.
e. which part stocked where) in the name of FS Operations. Provide inputs from Operations to improve / adjust stocking plan based upon actual failure or known exceptions Forecasting inputs for Planned events Provide quantitative inputs on country preventive replacement demand : From Scheduled preventive interventions From Sales Opportunities Provide quantitative inputs on country preventive upgrades (i.

Field Services Bulletin) Implementation Plan & Status Remaining requirements for completion Any other useful business information (campaigns / business dynamics / seasonality) In-country referent for Supply Chain related processes Part Identification Order management Offer / Master Data management Reverse Logistics management Measure and improve performance of the local Supply Chain for Field Services activities OTDC Impact of Spares on FTFR Impact of spare delivery / availability on Ser-NPS Main interactions : Global Supply chain Field Services manager (within GSC), Coordinators, FSRs, BU experts, Operational Marketing, Key Success Factors Good understanding of Field Services Operations processes and of interactions between Field Services Operations and Supply Chain processes Good working relationship with all parties GSC, Field Services operations, Order Management, FSRs to coordinate inputs collections, and drive process changes when required Qualifications Education / Skills : Engineering and / or Business Master Degree or 5-10 years in Field Services Operations.
