A UBC (Unicity Business Coach) works in close and consistent communication with Unicity franchise partners within a given region to increase the sales and ranking of those franchise partners.
The Coach facilitates trainings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure weekly progress of their clients. This is a Sales role and Commission based.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate UBC on boarding via Zoom to Unicity franchise partners who have qualified for coaching.
Conduct weekly coaching sessions via Zoom.
Maintain consistent communication with clients through messaging platforms like WhatsApp.
One-to-one coaching for up to 50 franchise partners at a time.
Role-play with franchise partners and coach in the moment to higher performance.
Build relationships and a reputation for delivering greater success to the clients you coach.
Coach distributors to real results including increased sales, higher ranks within the network marketing structure, and more productive teams.
English, Arabic and French.
Graduated or Finished School.
High EQ (emotional intelligence).
Sales experience from a role that was largely or entirely commission based.
Experience with public speaking / training in groups (Comfortable performing the role and developing that skill-set).
Eager and open to learn new skills and be coachable.
Eager for feedback, a desire to progress individual skills and abilities in this position.
A basic understanding of the Direct Sales business model.
Ambitious and self-motivated.
Flexible schedule (can train on weekends, coaching calls at night when necessary)
Familiarity and / or experience with the GROW method of coaching (Coaching for Performance - Sir John Whitmore)
