  • Achieve sales targets within a given territory
  • Manage and support customer base
  • Additional training is provided in house and some guidance is provided by management and marketing
  • Developing level sales professional with improving product and market knowledge
  • Accountabilities

  • Implements sales strategy to achieve sales objectives in assigned territory
  • Provides detailed market intelligence and territory opportunity information, maintains CRM data as part of the process
  • Works with channel partners on complex products and promotional materials, may train channel sales force
  • Manages customer relationships regardless of direct or indirect channel
  • Identifies customer needs to the sales management and marketing organization
  • Receives periodic direction and assistance from Manager or more experienced Sales Rep
  • Develops accurate volume of product to be sold as required by Sales Manager
  • Experience required

  • Requires knowledge and understanding within relevant area which would typically be gained through minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Critical knowledge

  • Agronomic diploma or equivalent
  • Sales
