You will build a team and relationships with a diverse set of partners, establish a local brand, and develop a community of leaders and entrepreneurs to establish ALX as the catalyst for top talent in your city.

You will have full P&L responsibility for your city and will be expected to grow operations from $0 to $10 - $15m in revenues within 5 years.

efficient; support the development of playbooks and continuous improvement cycles to scale ALX 7+ years of relevant work experience Experience in business development with SME and Multinationals with proven track record of closing competitive deals within professional services A competitive spirit that is excited to prospect and close deals Experience in identifying opportunities and building long-

term strategic relationships Stellar networking skills and the ability to build and drive a complex pipeline An eye for great talent and the ability to unlock its potential Comfortable with uncertainty, changing priorities and a startup environment, but have knowledge and insight to build structure and systems where needed Outstanding manager with a track record of leading high performing teams and multiple stakeholders Familiar with leadership development and learning environments Skills Mindsets
