Summer of responsabilities :
Reporting to the Front OfficeManager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are notlimited to the following :
Constantlyoffer a professional, welcoming and endearing service;
Greetcustomers while ensuring that all service standards are met;
Informguests about hotel facilities in an efficient and helpful manner;
Promotethe services of the hotel;
Respectthe department's policies, procedures and service standards;
Respectall security policies;
Othertasks, as assigned.
Qualifications :
Mastery of the French and English language (writtenand spoken)
Mastery of the Arabic language
Ability to handle multiple tasks in an ever-changingand challenging environment
Ability to focus on customer needs, staying calm andcourteous at all times
Previous experience in customer service an asset
Previous experience using a PMS system an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
Beautiful professional presentation
Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solvingskills
Particularly responsible and reliable
Ability to work effectively under pressure in afast-paced environment
The ability to work in a team
Preferred hotel degree
Be flexible in terms of hours of work
Have the ability to manage cash money efficiently andaccurately
