The position will report directly to theHRIS & Data quality manager in its day-to-day operations.
Provide support andexpertise on subjects related to On & Offboarding at AXA GO
Provide support toOperational taskforce, employees and managers (Employee Services, CIO,Transversal Team) based on your expertise, and solve, in a timely manner, On& Offboarding specific cases
Guide and supportoperational Teams on the overall process
Be accountable forthe proper functioning of the overall process
Implement continuousimprovement action plan to ensure efficiency and compliance of the process.
As an internal specialist,inform and advise operational teams, employees and managers in any matterrelated to On & Offboarding
Coordinate between thedifferent actors : Business (line managers), Group Procurement, HR (Employee Services / HRIS / HR advisors), IT (CIO, Workplace Global Services, IT Kiosk) and Logistics
Handle specific cases inyour area of expertise
Centralize and facilitateinformation flows between all actors
Coordinate and traincollaborators in charge of On & Offboarding BAU
Ensure a feedback loop oncomplex cases to help process usability improvement when necessary
Provide recommendation on existingHR Information systems related to On and Off-boarding to optimize the dataprocessing and quality
Be guardant of a highquality Employee Day 1 arrival
Maintain standards for On& Offboarding process within the organization
Handle complex On &Offboarding cases to guarantee efficiency and quality of the process
Be the source ofdocumentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of On & Offboardingexecution
Raise awareness onpotential malfunctions related to process, and cross with Audit Issues
Provide assistance andensure communications to teams, employees and management
Update operationaldocumentation to ensure consistency in terms of content
Perform change management incase of change of the process.
Follow and update thecontinuous improvement plan
Prepare and lead the BAUcomitee
Technical Skills :
Good knowledge on HR processes & HR / IT Tools
Ability touse a HR information system including, accessing, inputting, and compiling data
Transversal Skills :
Facilitationskills to achieve results in a matrix management environment
