As a Senior Sales Engineer you will be a part of the Industrial Automation Division and Business Unit Process Industries based in Casablanca, Morocco.
You will be responsible for sales of products / systems / services within a designated market in accordance with strategy.
Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.
Your main responsibilities in this role will include :
You will be participating and leading the sales and business growth of the Process Industries business in the North and Central Francophone Africa countries.
You will be working closely with the Hub, the local countries, the regional execution centers and the centers of excellence to develop and oversee the business growth in these countries.
You will be implementing the Hub and Global PG strategies and participate in country / PG growth initiatives. You will be accountable for achieving the sales targets assigned to you.
You will be building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
You should be maintaining and nurturing a strong culture of collaboration and trust with the various stakeholders in the organization.
As the ideal candidate, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5-10 years’ experience in the Mining or Cement industries with a strong background Sales and in Electrification and Automation.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English & French language is required.
