S)he is a meticulously organized individual, who can juggle new hire training and continuous development with ease. This position will support our Commercial Team in Morocco.
Be a part of a team where you will :
Give you the trust and support to grow, develop, and make a difference while encouraging you to bring your unique perspective to the table
Collaborate together and learn from each other
Deliver, and constantly update and improve onboarding and refresher training using LMS tools.
Proactively identify gaps in training within Sales & Account Management teams by communicating with local stakeholders, and institute targeted interventions to drive increased efficiency and quality.
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement on training. Monitor performance and response to training.
Develop deep expertise in how Glovo’s processes, systems, and resources work. Ensure Partner’s team has timely updates and information on correct procedures.
Work in lock-step with Enablement teams globally, HQ and other trainers, to divide and conquer work.
Improve Sales and Account Management Training by conducting workshops, individual training sessions and creating content for the Commercial Academy Platform at a local level.
Be the face of Glovo’s new hires. Support and mentor new Sales Executives and Account Managers.
Research Skills and a knack for crystal clear writing are a must.
Bonus points if you have an eye for visual design.
You have :

Minimum 2+ years experience in training or education, instructional design experience will be highly valued.
Minimum 1+ year experience in Sales (understand sales cycles, sales skills, etc)
Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud will be highly valued.
Native in the local language.
English level C1 as material for training might be in this language.
Proficiency in e-learning / LMS software is a plus.
Great communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
Excellent Organizational and time management abilities.
Good critical thinking and decision making skills
