Key Responsibilities : You will : Assure full ownership on customer repair requests, monitor and track requests to ensure accurate solution Meet and exceed SLAs in providing support to our Internal & External customers Gather all proper information necessary and create a quote for customers meeting the revenue and CX goals Effectively prioritizes multiple demands and autonomously manages calendar and time allocation Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards Essential Requirements : Fluent in French, English is a plus Good technical knowledge Customer focus and do the right thing mindset Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to handle stressful situations
