Whirlpool Morocco has 2 trade channels and operates with strong global relationships as part of the Whirlpool EMEA business.

We are looking for a HR Manager for the Morocco market to also act as the go-to person for UAE Dubai offices and Milan MEA offices.

Job Description

HR Manager for the Morocco market and also acting as the go-to person for UAE Dubai offices and Milan MEA offices, concerning approximately 90 people total.

Perform as part of the EMEA Market Operation staff

Leads and deploys People Excellence programs implementation

Supervising team members in the local market as well as close collaboration with central and regional teams to providing the best services to the employees

Continuously evaluates the organization set-up in order to achieve better effectiveness and efficiency, to meet the enterprise business priorities and the HR strategic needs

Consults the business leaders on organization design & development (planning, assessment / diagnosis, evaluation, following-up).

Ensures the right cost sizing with respect to the annual budget and long term plans

Provides advisory and coaching to business line managers to facilitate achievement of established business objectives throughout a proper people management.

Acts as a primary interface for strategic projects implementation and change management for the market.

Promotes an inclusive environment and work-life balance, measures and deals with employees engagement.

Recruits, develops and retains high-performing and talented workforce for his / her own organization, in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Team.

Identifies training and development needs through performance management system outcomes, as well as competencies and leadership behaviour evaluations.

Manages compensation and benefits programs including pay adjustments, incentives and bonus programs for the managed workforce.

When Local HRBP, manages employee relations with union representatives for own organization

Promotes, implements, communicates activities, policies regulations and standards related to occupational, health and safety issues for blue and white collars.

Manages own department's budget, talent hiring and people development for own team

Ensures appropriate development, training and coaching for the direct reports. Provides leadership and mentorship to the entire team

Ensures communication of vision and strategy for his / her area of responsibility above and below within the organization

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of Moroccan legislation and market dynamics

Excellent knowledge of personnel management & labour law

Complete HR experience within an international environment

Strategic HR business partnering experience

Strong desire to grow within the organization and may be open to international career opportunities in future

Strong focus on delivery of objectives in a changing environment

Project management / project delivery experience

Excellent knowledge of HR policies, compensation & benefits, conflict resolution

Experience within a unionized environment and dealing with union representatives

Transformation / change management experience

Strong workforce planning and analytics experience

Excellent written and verbal English communication is essential
