Ensure and optimize all the steps from the strategy definition to the supplier’s evaluation for Company’s purchases.
Collaborate with the internal client to define a written specification to be used for supplier s selection and approval.
Contribute to develop and maintain updated Category Strategies and the Supplier Panel Management for each category of products or services managed, aligned with the short- and long-term business plan of the company.
Ensure continuous cost and performance improvements are achieved. - Develop strategies in close cooperation with all parties involved, and results shared with them.
Anticipate the market’s dynamics and provide innovative solutions.- Ensure the coordination and a global vision among the managed categories within all the countries, while looking for group synergies.
REQUIREMENTS : - The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering, with at least 6 years of experience as Global buyer, ideally in FMCG Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
Extensive experience in international complex matrix environment. - An expert in strategic planning and resource allocation with a solid experience in worldwide negotiations with providers.
English and French Proficiency.- Advanced user of office tools (MS OFFICE) specially excel (macros) / Power Point and knowledge of ERP systems, Power BI, SAP.
