The Human Resources Director for NWA is a member of the local Affiliate Management Team.
Major Responsibilities :
Responsible to drive an HR strategy in North West Africa affiliate by ensuring alignment with Regional priorities
Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all HR programs and services in the North & West Africa region. Responsible for HR results in the business, including client satisfaction, HR effectiveness and associated financial results.
Responsible for ensuring the needed Policies and Procedures are revised and approved
Prioritize critical projects based on business needs and available resources.
Facilitate and implement cultural change.
Must be able to understand and utilize historical and broad organizational data when weighing business HR decisions and actions.
Have credibility with Senior Management to maximize successful outcomes.
Must be able to think creatively across a wide breadth of business segment(s) as well as deep into the respective organizations.

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent
Project management or business experience
