ROLE DESCRIPTION :
The role will be responsible for the marketing operation of Francophone Africa territory. The candidate will be responsible from all related tasks needed to generate the overall marketing program including the strategic planning and the operation.
The candidate will also manage the allocated budget in the best way and maximize ROMI with the best marketing tactics mix.
Project management and successful implementation of integrated marketing programs for segmented audiences including awareness, demand generation, pipeline building will be handled in the best possible way .
Creating loyalty, advocacy, customer adoption and retention is also key for that role. The Candidate will collaborate with various internal and external teams including global, regional and local teams to capitalize on the marketing mix with emphasis on the customer.
Market Research & Insights - Gather and synthesize Francophone Africa market insights and company objectives including solutions, industry, geographies, and other information.
Understand and define the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges. Combine the audience insights with audience intelligence (e.
g. propensity models) to build relevant programs.
Participate in Strategic Planning - Work with Business Planning, Marketing Planning, Sales and Business Development / Management to determine goals for Francophone Africa and the targeted countries in the region, route to market and translate into integrated audience specific programs.
Ensure programs and campaigns are expertly aligned with stated strategic goals.
Develop Content and Messaging Apply a broad range of knowledge to curate, build, tailor, and syndicate content for awareness, demand generation, opportunity acceleration, customer adoption and retention, and other strategic purposes, combining market and competitive insights, business objectives, knowledge of relevant elements of the SAP portfolio, audience insights and intelligence as well as key messages into integrated programs and / or campaigns.
Evaluate new techniques and determine best practices to create repeatable processes and content.
Manage asset development and independently deliver, together with Marketing Execution, Demand Generation, Marketing Automation and Marketing Communications, audience facing materials by leveraging, tailoring and syndicating content, positioning and messaging in order to develop high quality integrated marketing programs.
Stakeholder Management - Strongly align with business stakeholders to ensure marketing programs closely align to business and sales goals.
Continuously evangelize marketing strategy, plans and results and collaborate for refinement. Share knowledge and expertise.
Support / enable the sales organization through delivery of key customer assets and stories.
Plan and develop integrated audience campaigns and, working with Marketing Execution, identify targets, value propositions and tactics to achieve defined goals.

Position SAP in the market, incorporating competitive positioning as appropriate.
Individual contribution to positioning new brand narrative : develop relevant content, messaging / positioning for the audience.
Drive through regular communication and programs as well as advertising and paid media.
Boldly evolve communication concepts and take calculated business risks as part of targeted pilot projects. Develop audience-
specific mix of push / pull measures (market reach and sentiment). Actively involve multipliers, influencers, and partners.
