Responsible for managing the full P&L for the designated category, brands, segments within the geography under his responsibility
Special focus on the new launched Chocolate category
Main Responsibilities :
Provide financial analysis and decision support to their Category Marketing Leads and counsel them on financial matters that impact short term results and strategic decisions.
Direct the financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes for the defined category and geographies, including Annual Plan, Monthly Updates, and reporting on actual results.
submit commentaries and analytics.
Review major marketing proposals (e.g., NPD proposals, A&C spending, price increases, etc.) and challenge assumptions and projected financial and business results to ensure most effective use of resources within the region.
review trade spending that falls outside pre-approved limits and maintain strong linkages to Area / Country Sales Controllers.
Analyze Pricing Actions needed to cover Commodities / Forex and to enhance Margins
