  • We are looking to recruit an inspiring, innovative, energetic and motivated ; his / her main purpose is to manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
  • from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company.

    Context and responsibilities

  • Develop Brand marketing Strategy and set up the annual brand plan in close collaboration with medical, sales, access and regulatory colleagues.
  • Forecast sales and marketing expenditures.
  • Ensure that planned expenditures and business objectives are met.
  • Provide the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to promote the product. This involves promotional material, product training...
  • Develop marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a point of first reference for product related inquiries and work collaboratively with other departments to address any issues that may arise.
  • Provide clear direction for tactical planning and respective implementation phases.
  • Design and conduct market researches and advisory boards to fine tune strategy.
  • Ensure alignment with Roche values across product strategy and overall team members.
  • Develop relationships with relevant Healthcare Professionals and Patients Associations.
  • Ensure contact with Global / Regional office on brand marketing matters.

  • MBA / University degree and Scientific Diploma;
  • Professional experience in Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry ( 3 years);
  • Fluency in both English & French oral and written;
  • Good communication skills : expresses ideas fluently, eloquently and is open to the inputs of others;
  • Strategic thinking and results orientation
