As Manifest Coordinator you will be overall responsible for offering the best customer experience with regards to manifest activities including overseeing day to day in / outbound manifest tasks, acting as the main communication entry point for customers and stakeholders involved in the customs process (port, customs, technical), auditing the processes in place and suggesting improvements.

  • Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate outsourced tasks and ensure adherence to SOP’s while monitoring performance
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders for efficient handling of manifest amendments in the 3 ports (Casablanca, Tangier, Agadir)
  • Prepare Vessel calls in Portnet / Local software in place
  • Ensure discrepancies are spotted, root causes identified, and addressed
  • Develop and implement improvements to ensure continuous excellence in the manifest process.
  • University degree
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken in French and English.
  • Analytical skills enabling to analyze reports in order to understand variances.
  • Customs Procedures knowledge in Morocco is mandatory
  • Knowledge / mastery of BADR, Portnet is a strong plus
  • Excellent command of MS applications (especially MS Excel)
