IRB CM is running CapitalMarkets activities under its own governance in Ukraine & African countries.These IRB Capital Market activities are in the process of being aligned interms of conduct, ethical standards, processes and IT tools with Global Marketswhich is the reference métier.

A revenue growth planfocusing on corporate clients and to a large extent on subsidiaries ofMultinational Companies (MNCs) is being implemented with the necessaryrecruitment of a dedicated transversal MNCs senior FX sales resource.

Senior LCPAM Fx MNCs Specialist main missions andday-to-day responsabilities will be to :

  • Help andsupport local sales to originate and execute strategic hedging transactionswith MNCs (multinational, companies) which have a presence in IRB CM 5 keystrategic countries : Morocco, Algeria, Senegal, Ivory Coast and Ukraine;
  • Set up astrategic roadmap per country to prepare country roadshows with an aim to sellIRB CM local capabilities in the FX market ;
  • Implementroadmap and follow up initiatives. Introduce new contacts to local saleswhenever necessary and act as a facilitator;
  • Prepare client presentation and relevant pitch books taking into accountclient specific needs and issues;
  • Contribute toand help define a Global to local strategy, setting up country roadshows,liaising with Global Senior bankers, Local Relationship managers and GM saleswhenever relevant;
  • Contributeactively to overall CM IRB budget realization;
  • Propose andhelp structuring new products and transactions to local subsidiaries with thehelp and support of 2LOD functions (Compliance, Risk, Legal);
  • set up TAC or NACwhenever necessary;
  • Push FX, FXOptions, Rates products and any other hedging or investment instrument (ifrelevant) in full compliance with appropriate rules, regulations and companypolicies and procedures;
  • Work ondealing, room alignment with Global Markets setup in relation with relativestakeholders (IRB Geographies, IRB Operations, Global Markets,etc );
  • Contribute withthe implementation of regulatory project, mainly the Conduct RemediationProgram;
  • Please notethat, the IRB CM team also visits countries for short missions to follow upbusiness (Flexible).

    The IRB CM team coordinates dealing room across different geographiesand has limited resources,. Therefore it is also expected from the candidatewill need to get involved in various initiatives that comes along with :

  • Steering ofactivities : business monitoring and steering, follow-up of local revenues withMNC clients Act as the SPOC for MNC initiatives and main contact person;
  • Supervisionand monitoring of activity progress with MNCs;
  • Contribute tosetting up new relationship with our IRB local subsidiaries.

  • Technical skills and qualifications required for therole :

    Market, Product andBusiness Experience

  • Strong Fxsales background with proven track record in a dealing room of a majorFinancial Institution
  • Has developedgood relationship with group treasurers in key target / contributor markets suchas France, Belgium, Switzerland

  • Technical Skills :

  • Workingknowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred
  • Goodknowledge of Fx products and FX options strategies
  • Bloomberg and / orReuters knowledge
  • Experience(>
  • 5 years) in Fx and Financial Markets

  • Languages : French and English fluent
  • Business risk
