Within Dell Services, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our remote technical assistance team in Casablanca, as well as providing telephone and email assistance to our European customers as part of the Support Deployment Services.

Key Responsibilities

Dell Services develops and delivers solutions that enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.

Working with highly skilled technical advisors, you will :

  • Identify issues, investigate root causes and recommend solutions to reported problems
  • Provide technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritizing and resolving problems by telephone and e-mail
  • Screen, refer, and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests relating to PC maintenance
  • Essential Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian
  • University education, preferably technical degree or Microsoft certifications
  • good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems local and remote administration and Microsoft Office family applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Desirable Requirements

  • Experience providing remote IT support
