We are looking for a GBO Analyst to join our team in Casablanca and play a key role in the evolution of Dell. The objective of the role is to provide Sales Operations leadership for the Commercial segment in France, working in partnership with the General Manager, as well as the operational management of all required finance and sales operations tasks in this area :
Create and streamline processes and reporting specifics to key operational initiatives and manage key sales enablement or GTM projects that seek to improve profitability or business growth
Provide operational and analytical support for the Sales organization and daily reporting and analysis of revenue, bookings, margins, etc.
Business governance / controls - Inventory management, approval process, key controls : special pricing, contract review, extended terms
Give insights to sales managers on Key Performance Indicators and on action plan to achieve our Annual Plan & our priorities and support Business planning and quota setting by account and / or market segment
Business school degree with specialization in Finance or Master degree in Finance
Proven experience in a Financial environment
Fluency in French & English in both written and verbal is required
Solid understanding of business financials, P&L mgmt.
Ability to influence outcomes to maximize financial performance and ability to build relationships, collaborate cross functionally, leverage partnerships to drive execution
Strong understanding of Sales, Sales motions, GTM strategy
Experience in Finance Controlling and strong understanding of local industry market landscape
