What you'll be doing :
The main responsibility of a Field Trainer is to provide to Zone Managers support in experiencing and maintaining up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of field strategy and practices through training & coaching sessions.
He / She is a real partner for Sales Executive in the implementation of the strategy and in achieving sales goals. He / She also plays a role of facilitator in the implementation of change processes and new projects in the company (ex : PATD, Sales Leadership etc).
In support to the Sales Training Manager, the Field Trainer develops field training materials in line with Global processes and with business needs and objectives.
Key responsibilities :
Development of orientation / training / development programs for new Associates or established ones regarding Field Fundamentals & New Projects (PATD Certification, Sales Leadership )
Collaboration with National Sales Manager regarding the priorities
Preparation of all the support materials (presentations and training guides)
Translation and customization of the global training materials
Assessment of the training efficiency.
Providing coaching session during Field Visits
Field visits & feed-back sessions
Field visit report and determination of action plan
Feed-back to Sales Manager
Support in the ASLF development : gives support in Prospecting Activities and in the development of the Sales Leaders (classroom training or field coaching).
Participation in multidisciplinary task forces to develop and introduce new or innovative practices or processes or actions in support of the business goals.
