About this Role

Your goal is to contribute effectively to the company growth objectives to multiply its income by 3 in the next 3-4 years.

You are responsible for strengthening the company’s brand name and expand its reach internationally through various marketing actions, including content development support, conference participation & PR, inbound marketing & SEO.

What you will do

You will be responsible for :

  • Developing Infomineo’s Marketing Strategy in line with the strategic objectives of the company
  • Managing and improving lead generation campaigns and coordinating content-led marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Working closely with the research team to develop and monitor content project calendar
  • Overseeing the development of company marketing materials including but not limited to presentations, brochures, infographics, white papers, case studies, newsletter, blogs, business cards etc.
  • Identifying highly relevant conferences and networking events and building supporting materials for Infomineo participation
  • Looking for PR opportunities to share Infomineo content on news and third-party sites
  • Overseeing Infomineo’s CRM (currently Hubspot) backend automation and structure and manage relationship with vendor
  • Managing, building on, and promoting the website of Infomineo, with a focus on optimizing for search engine ranking.
  • Interacting with website visitors on corporate site
  • Running Google AdWords and LinkedIn campaigns to support marketing and sales outreach efforts.
  • Overseeing Infomineo’s social media channels and work to increase number of followers
  • Training and managing a marketing intern that helps with content creation and promotion
  • Who you are

  • You have 3 to 5 years minimum of marketing experience, including hands on experience in inbound, SEO, Event Planning and PR
  • You have client facing experience and BtoB experience as a plus
  • You hold a master’s degree in marketing and good academic credentials
  • You have English as a native language
  • You are interested in Africa and the Middle East
  • You have a proven track record of performance in previous roles
  • You have a high level of energy, an appetite to work hard and a high level of autonomy
