Your mission :
Fulfil benchmark analysis to challenge business operations and identify improvement opportunities and potential risks to create a value every day
Preparing reports / forecasts as required by various stakeholders and managers, providing analysis and insight related to business performance
Data analysis and preparation of financial reporting including the month end reporting and supporting consolidation processes
Acting as a financial co-pilot to support managers in developing strategies and business targets
Strong cooperation with plants to understand internal manufacturing processes in order to align them with our budget and forecasts to improve performance
Your profile :
Academic background in finance, economics or business administration (freshly graduated from university maximum 2 years ago)
Full time availability from September 2022 to February 2024
Knowledge of English and French is mandatory, the German language is considered a plus
Internationally mobile and openness to job rotations in different countries
First professional experience in the finance area is a nice-to-have
Know-how of following tools considered a plus : SAP BO / BW, MS Excel and reporting (GAAP, IFRS, IAS)
Strong financial, entrepreneurial, analytical skills and process-oriented thinking
Flexible, open minded, team player, target oriented
Our offer :

After the training program, at the end of the 18 months, if the candidate is confirmed, he / she will be based at one of our production sites in West Africa (CDI / Senegal)
