Participates in sourcing qualification of network service block, as and when required by customer project buyer (thru discussion with Account team for need qualification and within sourcing organization to check workload issues).
Contribute to Access Design optimizations by advising & challenging cost effective solution (access technique, POP, Redundancy and feasibility, SLA, Contract terms..)
Defines and agrees the sourcing action plan on Access on the deal with Account team in accordance with deal and design constraints.
During bid phase, Project manage the access action plan, relying on appropriate resources within sourcing (Telco sourcing experts from other regions, local Telco buyers) and as such, ensures complete, accurate and timely responses for account team and customer project buyer including :
Review and challenge quotation results and propose optimized solution.
Prepare inputs for forward costing validation to sourcing management.
If required, fill all missing costs with budgetary price based on average & previous costs.
Prepare Spend summary on time for Solution review inputs and update as renegotiations are progressing for different reviews (Commercial review, IC, etc )
During implementation phase, Collect agreed customer request, Identify gaps with Pre-sales scenarios and non-valid quotes and launch refresh and renegotiation where required
Participates in the Telco sourcing expert community aiming at building a shared and updated knowledge database on Telco aspects of customer deals thru deal lesson learned and capitalization
Contributes to bid process improvement.
Specific attention will be paid to SITA channel and TSE should be capable to demonstrate capability to analyse and consolidate results, present in ppt mode and take the lead to follow-up actions as a result.
