Join us as a EMEA Sales Compensation Advisor on our Sales Compensation and planning (SCP) team in Bratislava to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve As a SCP Advisor, you will be responsible for timely and accurate commission payouts based on compensation plans, policies, crediting rules and payout calendars.

You will be lead and go to SCP processes SME for more junior team members and key point of contact for respective segment / country GBO and Sales leads.

You will work closely with GBO / Sales floor / HR / CFS / wider SCP team not only on ensuring accurate commission payouts as such but also on finding ways how to simplify and improve all related processes.

  • You will Work with Sales Leadership teams and Finance Segment Analysts to ensure compensation plan data elements are loaded correctly and in a timely manner in the Comp systems Validate and upload manual adjustments, research and resolve calculation errors, manage guarantees and comp adjustments, and determine what information and data should be selected and evaluated to address various compensation issues Formulate conclusions and provide summary analysis and interpretation of data for management Business partnering with Senior management, Finance, Sales, Sales Ops, HR ;
  • payroll, provide them with accurate and timely information & follow up on the issues, interact with Sales and GBO population and resolve autonomously the majority of questions and potential conflicts regarding SCP;
  • escalate to own management as necessary. Monitor trends and elevate issues due to data variances as well as create and distribute routine and ad hoc reports Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.

  • Here’s what we are looking for with this role : Essential Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Incentive team or within a similar role University degree in related field or an acceptable equivalent combination of education, related training, and experience Good communication skills, strong interpersonal, presentation in English language and problem solving skills , good organization and Time management skills, comfort around higher management, integrity and trust Analytical and detail oriented profile, focus on process improvement, extensive excel skills Comfort with changing environment and able to work under the pressure and within tight deadlines Be able to handle variety of complex tasks, working with partial / conflicting data and providing less obvious solutions, Salary starting from : 1900,- euro in brutto per month Here’s our story;
