As a non-governmental social development organisation we help children without parental care and families in difficult living conditions through services in care, education and health.
In the International office of MENA Region we support all the activities of the nine national associations, ensuring that they operate in accordance with established principles and standards.

Institutional partnership Development Advisor (f / m) for the region of Middle East and north africa
Location : Casablanca / Morocco
The mission of the Institutional partnership Development Advisor is to :
Tasks and Responsibilities :
Work with international & national counterparts to develop and implement a comprehensive institutional funding plan for the region, including identifying, cultivating and soliciting institutional funding support in line with the international IPD strategy.
Identify funding opportunities within the region. Initiate and maintain a market monitoring mechanism aligned with and complementary to international processes.
Work together with NA stakeholders in initiating contacts and forging partnerships with institutional donors, representing the organisation’s aims and objectives.
Support NAs in preparing high level funding proposals that meet donor requirements Provide technical and coordination support to individual application / funding processes according to needs.
Monitor and assess the quality of donor reporting by NAs making sure that donor requirements are met also during the project implementation phase.
Where appropriate and relevant develop and maintain good relationships with donors at regional level through ensuring regular communication, knowledge exchange and effective reporting.
Train local staff in Project Cycle Management and Logical Framework Approach (LFA) and other relevant tools of the IP Practical Guide.
