For one of our customers, a Global Leader in Software, we are looking for : General Manager (M / W) North Africa Job Description : Reporting to the Group CEO, and working within the organizational leadership team, the ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the regional teams, the commercial, HR and operational performance and driving new initiatives and projects.
The ideal candidate will also manage a range of day-to-day activities as head of North Africa. Responsibilities

Lead and direct the operational day to day activities of the regional business, driving the business to a higher level of operational excellence, efficiency and effectiveness.
Deliver operational leadership and assume full P&L responsibility for all contract relationships between the company and its portfolio of industry customers, ensuring the company sustains market share in the regional sector, achieves return on associated capital investments and delivers profitable growth.
Direct the day-to-day operational management of the regional business, applying as required a hands-on approach to producing solutions to strategic, technical, commercial, operational and personnel related challenges which impact on customer service and performance.
Lead the top management team in achieving their goals and objectives and ultimately ensure all contract requirements are delivered on time, within budget, technically compliant and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Develop an annual sales plan for existing and future customers and ensure excellent client relationships are maintained by building openness and trust.
Lead the constant drive and focus to improve operational efficiency via process, people or practical measures. In effect raise the bar on business performance delivery.
Deliver performance management objectives, agreed business plans, budget and targets and report on both plus and minus factors impacting on the business. Candidate Profile :
Fluency in French / English is essential, Arabic will be a plus
Deep knowledge in the North African market composition and specificities, software and new technologies market knowledge will be a big asset
A minimum of 10 years in top management responsibility (CEO, General Manager ), a regional experience will be a real asset
5 years or more in driving profit centers in local / international environment managing more than 500 million USD budget Essential Competencies : Leadership and Change
