About this Role :

We are looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial, communicative and goal driven individual seeking to learn the ropes of primary market research in the fast-

faced and team oriented environment.

You will be reporting to the Expert Services Business Line Manager, as the Expert Services Intern you will get to :

  • Learn about different industries and markets
  • Acquire knowledge about primary market research methodologies
  • Converse with top executives and professionals from different fields
  • Gain insights into the research and consulting work and industry
  • Experience firsthand the inner workings of a research business
  • Sharpen your negotiation and professional communication skills
  • Contribute to business development and marketing activities
  • Work hand in hand with an international and highly talented team
  • The Internship is for a period of 6 months.

    What you will do

  • You will successfully execute on time sensitive primary research requests from top consulting, private equity and corporate clients
  • You will quickly gain an in-depth understanding of the client needs and identify top professionals in the field
  • You will screen, recruit and build strong working relationships with top experts in the field for various projects and Infomineo network
  • You will follow through compliance and contracting process with the experts
  • You will schedule phone consultations and ensure an easy connection between experts and clients
  • You will continuously follow-up with experts to gather their feedback and ensure compensation
  • You will assist in constantly improving internal tools and documentation
  • You will assist in marketing and BD activities (presentations, proposal writing, marketing materials etc.)
  • Who you are

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree holder in Business Administration
  • You have excellent communication skills (especially over the phone)
  • You are able to make cold calls and adapt to interlocutor’s seniority level
  • You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and work under restricted deadlines
  • You are dynamic, with an entrepreneurial spirit and creativity
  • You can-do attitude and results oriented
  • You have experience in Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft office, PowerPoint, Excel - other programs are a plus)
  • You are fluent in French and English (written and spoked other languages are a plus)
  • You have prior experience in Consultancy or Recruitment is a plus
